I was able to move breakable stuff out of the kitchen before it happened so nothing of value was damaged.
Both the property manager and one of my friends, didn't believe me that it was that bad.

more tragedy ensues
Following not long after the car accident, we have had more disaster in our lives. The ceiling in the kitchen of the house we are renting in collapsed last night!
I was able to move breakable stuff out of the kitchen before it happened so nothing of value was damaged.
Both the property manager and one of my friends, didn't believe me that it was that bad.

That suuuuucks!!!! Ask your landlord to swap living arrangements until it is fixed :D
The real estate agency will not immediately compensate us such as waiving rent or providing alternative accommodation, so we may end up moving if they stuff us around. I've already started looking too :-S
Property manager is currently in discussions with owner about our demands for rent reduction for the duration of the ceiling damage...
If that's the case DRAiNO have time to relax be patient enough as you know Property Manager wouldn't take an action immediately. Have time to look at this Car Digital TV DVB-T cool car electronics technology. Cheers!
