As I was waiting for something else to complete while giving my friend some technical assistance, I decided to check my email. I discovered that the girl I liked sent an email stating that she wasn't interested (after reading my letter). This is a rough snippet of what it said (based on what I remember after deleting it):
"I thought the letter was sweet but I am not interested in that way. I'm sorry I gave that impression but I would like to forget that it happened."
I am so tired of having to work so hard to meet a nice girl, only to be slapped in the face with rejection.
Since I failed I think it's time to shut down the emotions once again...
